动态停车预约收费条件下的出行行为选择研究Travel Behavior Choice under the Condition of Dynamic Reservation Parking Pricing

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,停车预约动态收费发展迅速,但是现有文献缺乏对动态停车预约收费条件下的出行行为选择的影响因素和影响机理的研究。本文基于宁波市动态定价停车预约意愿问卷数据,综合考察了驾驶人的个人属性、出行特性、停车特征和建成环境,建立了预约、不预约、转移到其他停车场、转移到其他交通方式4种行为选择的巢式Logit模型,并对相关变量进行了显著性分析和弹性分析。结果表明:年龄、家庭年收入、出行目的、出发时刻、出行距离、停车时长、排队时间、预约费用、目的地停车场数量以及出发地和目的地是否有轨道站点影响显著,高收入、通勤、高峰小时出行和长时间停车的人群更倾向于选择预约停车。模型拟合结果显示,考虑出发地和目的地建成环境的巢式Logit模型能够在一定程度上提高出行行为选择预测的精准度。
