摘要:

【背景】在城市化进程加速、交通碳排放加剧背景下,助推措施在引导公众选择低碳出行方式方面的关注度日益提升。【目标】探讨短距离通勤中助推措施对低碳出行方式选择的影响,为低碳出行政策制定提供科学依据。【方法】设计信息披露和社会规范两类助推实验,通过出行方式选择意向调查收集数据,并基于Multinomial Logit Model(MNL模型)定量分析影响因素。【数据】研究数据来源于对北京地区476名通勤者的调查,样本覆盖不同职业、收入水平及出行习惯。【结果】信息披露和社会规范类助推措施分别使低碳出行选择概率提升15%和18%;指令性社会规范在提升骑行选择概率方面表现更优;助推措施效果因职业、收入水平及出行习惯而异;出行时间和费用显著调节助推措施效果,随着驾车出行时间或费用的增加效果逐渐减弱。【应用】研究结果为政府制定差异化的低碳出行政策,如针对不同职业和收入群体制定特定的助推策略,提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

[Background] Against the backdrop of accelerating urbanization and rising carbon emissions from transportation, nudge interventions are garnering increasing scholarly interest for their role in steering public behavior towards low-carbon transportation options. [Objective] This study aims to explore the impact of nudge interventions on low-carbon travel mode choices during shortdistance commuting to provide a scientific foundation for the formulation of low-carbon travel policies. [Method] Two types of nudge interventions were designed: information disclosure and social norms. Data were collected through a travel mode choice behavior survey and analyzed using a multinomial logit model(MNL) to quantify the influencing factors. [Data] Data were collected from 476 commuters in Beijing, representing diverse occupations, income levels, and travel habits. [Result]The implementation of information disclosure and social norm-based nudge interventions increased the probability of low-carbon travel mode selection by 15% and 18%, respectively, and prescriptive social norms demonstrated superior efficacy in promoting bicycle usage. The effectiveness of these interventions showed significant heterogeneity across occupational groups, income levels, and travel routines. Furthermore, travel time and cost acted as critical moderators, as the intervention effects progressively diminished with extended driving duration or increased monetary expenditure. [Application] These findings provide a theoretical foundation for policymakers to develop tailored low-carbon transportation policies, particularly by designing specific nudge strategies targeting distinct demographic subgroups differentiated by occupational characteristics and socioeconomic status.
