基于新鲜度损耗的社区团购电商配送中心选址研究

摘要:

社区团购电商S2B2C供应链模式带来了新环境下的选址问题,进行选址决策能够有效降低社区团购平台的运营成本并保障企业利益。为了使选址决策更符合社区团购运营实际,作者调研了社区团购供应链模式并建立了考虑新鲜度损耗的混合整数选址模型,借助蚁群算法设计两阶段求解模型,用于优化选址过程中的成本求解,最后通过算例进行比较分析。结果表明选址策略能够有效降低企业的运营成本,局部最优解会在特定配送中心数量约束条件下出现。

Abstract:

The S2 B2 C supply chain mode of community group-buying e-commerce brings about the location problem in the new environment. The location decision can effectively reduce the operation cost of community group-buying platforms and protect the interests of enterprises. To ensure the location decision is in line with the actual operation of community group purchase, this study investigates the supply chain model of community group-buying based on actual investigation and establishes the mixed integer location model considering freshness loss. A two-stage solution model is designed using an ant colony algorithm to solve the cost considered in the process of optimizing the location. Finally, an example is provided and the results are compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the location strategy can effectively reduce enterprises' operating costs, and the local optimal solution will appear under the constraints of the number of specific distribution centers.
