历史文化街区步行性分析方法研究

摘要:

步行不仅是历史文化街区的主要出行方式之一,更是其保持活力、可持续发展的重要载体。本文结合现有研究,针对历史文化街区的环境特征和步行需求,提出了兼顾可达性、安全性、便捷性、舒适性和审美性的步行性评价指标体系及数据调查方法。通过构建模糊关系矩阵和隶属度函数,实现了感知指标和环境指标间的转化。利用层次分析-模糊综合评价法建立了历史文化街区步行性分析模型,并运用模型对南京夫子庙地区的步行性进行了分析和评价,对其制订合理改善目标、确定现有步行设施的不足和改善潜力等方面提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

Walking not only is one of the main trip modes in the historic conservation area, but also is a important way to keep the area's vigour and a significant influence on its sustainable development. According to the demand and characteristics of walking in historic conservation area, this paper proposed an evaluation index system with data collecting methods on walkability, given consideration to accessibility, safety and security, convenience, comfortation and aesthetics. Then, an analysis model on walkability of historic conservation area based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established with both perceptive and environmental data, which was transformed through a fuzzy relation matrix from the field survey data, and membership functions correspondingly. At last, the analysis model was applied to analyze the walikability of the Confucius Temple of Nanjing, which made great contributions to setting target of improvement, defining the existing deficiencies and improved potential and so on.
