本文围绕当前影响城市行车安全的关键问题,论述城市道路交通安全保障体系的基本内容,搭建该体系的框架结构,明确其运作模式、模块划分、子系统构成,阐述该体系的信息处理模式,建立其事故四级预防系统。
Abstract：considering the main factors that influence road traffic safety of city, a frame of city road traffic safeguard system is established in this paper. The system is consisted of five subsystems that are supported by an information platform. Every part of the system, such as the module partition, module operation, subsystems’ constitution, and the information procession, is discussed. Meanwhile, a four-grade prevention accident system is constructed also.
