为了加强和优化铁路运输生产一线作业班组的管理和建设,论文依据对广铁集团班组管理和建设的现场实践,以第一手的数据资料深入分析了广铁集团班组建设所取得的成效和存在问题。在对比分析和理论提炼的基础上,论文提出了铁路运输系统班组管理结构图,重点从班组建设目标的规划、班组建设管理机构的健全、班组优化标准的设置、班组优化建设的方式、班组建设的组织与人员管理、激励机制的分层设计、班组台账的优化管理等七个方面研究了广铁集团班组建设的具体方法。
Abstract：In order to better manage and construct the front-line operation teams of Guangzhou Railway(Group) Company,based on the data of team management and the construction and the field investigation materials, this paper in-depth analyzed the achievements and shortcomings of the team construction.Then,this paper proposed a front-line team management structure sketch, which studied a specific method for the team construction from seven aspects, that is, the team construction planning,completed team construction and management mechanism,team optimization criteria setting,team building optimal way,organization and personnel management of the team building,incentive mechanism of the hierarchical design, team ledger optimization management, etc.
