为提高旅客在大型客运站的换乘效率,本文以铁路旅客为研究对象,基于Vague集多目标模糊决策理论分析旅客的换乘偏好。通过对列车时刻表的实例分析,设计了从成都到哈尔滨方向于郑州、北京、武汉三地换乘的旅客换乘方案,并设计调查问卷得到旅客换乘偏好指标体系隶属程度的Vague集数据及不同换乘方案的优劣排序。并对方案评价指标赋权进行灵敏度分析,量化评价指标对于旅客换乘的影响程度,得到换乘方案最敏感的影响因素为换乘距离。所得结论可为广大客运站设计并改善换乘方案提供一定依据,并在一定程度上提高客运服务质量。
Abstract:To improve the transfer efficiency of passengers in a large passenger station, railway passengers are taken as the research object, and passengers' transfer preferences are analyzed based on the method of multicriteria fuzzy decision making a theory of Vague sets. Through the analysis of train schedules, a passenger transfer plan, from Chengdu to Harbin, is designed, Zhengzhou, Beijing, and Wuhan are taken as transfer stations. In addition, a questionnaire is designed to obtain the vague set data of the passenger transfer preference index system and the ranking of different transfer schemes. Then, the program evaluation index is weighted, and the sensitivity analysis is performed. The influence of the quantitative evaluation index on the passenger transfer is quantified, and transfer distance is the most sensitive factor for the transfer plan. The conclusions can provide a basis for the design and improvement of the transfer plan for most passenger stations and can improve the quality of passenger transport services.
