为了分析高弹改性沥青路面在除冰雪中的应用情况,本文基于三维路面有限元模型,以冰层底最大压应变为指标,确定"普通沥青路面上面层+高弹沥青面层+柔性基层"的路面结构具有最佳除冰效果,并以该结构层作为计算工况进行冰层厚度、环境温度、高弹层厚度和高弹层模量的参数敏感性分析。结果表明,冰层厚度小于8mm、环境温度大于-5℃、高弹沥青层厚度在4cm~8cm、高弹沥青层模量在500MPa~1500MPa时,高弹改性沥青路面能表现出优异的除冰雪性能。
Abstract:To study the deicing situation of high-elastic modified asphalt pavement, A 3D pavement finite element model was built and the maximum compressive strain at the bottom of ice layer was adopted as an index to analyze the deicing performance of different pavement structures. The result showed that pavement structure of "normal asphalt upper layer + high-elastic asphalt layer + flexible base" performed best in deicing effect. This pavement structure was used to do the sensibility analysis of ice layer thickness, ambient temperature, high-elastic layer thickness and the modulus of high-elastic asphalt mixture. The results indicate that the high-elastic asphalt layer can present excellent deicing performance under the situations if ice layer thickness is less than 8mm, ambient temperature is higher than-5℃, high-elastic layer thickness is between 4cm and 8cm, the modulus of high-elastic asphalt is between 500 MPa and 1500 MPa.
