应急突发事件下基于用户感知的物流效率评价

摘要:

在重大应急突发事件下,当物资配送效率发生变化时,容易引起公众对物资缺乏的恐慌心理,在此背景下从用户感知出发,研究我国应急突发事件下的物流效率水平具有重要意义。通过对全国消费者在新冠肺炎疫情高发期间进行问卷调查获得用户感知真实数据,采用多元Logistics回归分析方法探究用户感知情况下影响物流效率的主要因素,并基于回归分析的结果分析各个因素对用户评价的影响程度,从而确定各指标的权重,最后利用模糊综合评价法对疫情期间的物流效率进行综合评价。结果表明,用户对于新冠疫情期间的物流效率评价持负面态度,这是由消费者在疫情期间的购物方式单一无法满足用户需求,购物种类供给不足以及物流的延迟发货等导致的,因此应加强应急事件下的物流处理能力和相关物流体系建设,重点解决导致负面评价的关键要素。

Abstract:

During a major emergency,a fall in the efficiency of material distribution can cause panic among the public regarding the lack of essential materials.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the people's perception of the level of logistics efficiency in a country.In the present study,through a questionnaire survey on consumers throughout China during the COVID-19 pandemic,we obtained real data about user perception of logistics efficiency,and used multiple logistic regression to analyze the main factors that affect user perception of logistics efficiency.Furthermore,we highlighted the impact of various factors on user evaluation of logistics efficiency based on the results of regression analysis.Then,the weight of each index was determined,and finally,the logistics efficiency during the current pandemic was comprehensively evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that users have a negative attitude toward the level of logistics efficiency during COVID-19.This is caused by consumers' single shopping methods,insufficient access to different shopping types,and delayed delivery of goods and materials.Therefore,China should strengthen its logistics handling capacity and the development of related logistics systems under emergency events,focusing on addressing the key factors that lead to negative user evaluations.
