电动汽车是实现低碳绿色社会的重要手段,人们采用其出行对建设美丽中国具有重要现实意义。基于贵阳市中心城区居民电动汽车出行意愿调研数据,借鉴计划行为理论和技术接受模型,运用模糊集定性比较方法(fsQCA),探索影响居民电动汽车出行意愿的多元路径。研究结果发现:感知易用性和环境意识变量可单独构成居民电动汽车出行意愿的必要条件,其余变量均不满足。通过组态分析得到5条居民强电动汽车出行意愿的路径组合,总体覆盖率达到0.858,包括感知易用弥补型、环境意识型、感知有用型、主观规范型和知觉行为控制型,不同路径刻画了不一样的用户群体,揭示了居民电动汽车出行意愿影响因素的复杂性。其中,主观规范、环境意识和感知易用性成为触发居民强电动汽车出行意愿的重要核心条件,而环境意识在所有路径中均出现。因此,围绕环境意识和感知易用性构成了原始覆盖率和唯一覆盖率最高的组合路径,凸显了引导居民树立环保意识以及加快充电站建设的重要性。研究结论为政府提升居民电动汽车出行意愿提供了重要参考价值。
Abstract:Electric vehicles are an important means to achieve a low-carbon green society, and their adoption is of great relevance to building a beautiful China.Based on the research data of residents' willingness to travel by electric vehicles in the central city of Guiyang, the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method(fsQCA) was applied to explore the multivariate paths affecting residents' willingness to travel by electric vehicles, drawing on the theory of planned behavior and the technology acceptance model. The results of the study found that: the variables of perceived ease of use and environmental awareness can individually constitute the necessary conditions for residents' electric vehicle travel intention, while the rest of the variables are not satisfied. Five path combinations of strong electric travel intention were obtained through group analysis, with an overall coverage of 0.858, including perceived ease of use compensating type, environmental awareness type, perceived usefulness type, subjective normative type and perceptual behavior control type, and different paths portray different user groups, revealing the complexity of factors influencing residents' willingness to travel by electric vehicles. Among them, subjective norm, environmental awareness and perceived ease of use become important core conditions that trigger residents' strong electric vehicle travel intentions, while environmental awareness appears in all paths. Thus, the paths around environmental awareness and perceived ease of use constitute the highest combination of original coverage and unique coverage, highlighting the importance of guiding residents to establish environmental awareness as well as accelerating the construction of charging stations. The findings of the study provide an important reference value for the government to enhance residents' willingness to travel by electric vehicles.
