与日常出行车辆停放不同,奥运会期间的车辆停放具有一定的特殊性。本文对北京奥运会的车辆特征、时空分布特征、目的和路径选择、停车信息服务等特点进行了分析,同时指出其实质就是临时性、突发性、大量停车需求与有限的停车泊位供应之间的矛盾。针对这种矛盾,具体从停车收费、停车需求管理(PDM)、停车信息服务方面提出了解决停车交通的对策,并提出了需要进一步调查和分析的问题。本研究对组织好2008奥运会期间的车辆停放具有一定的参考价值。

Parking in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is different to the routine parking, and it has its own characteristics. In this paper, the characteristics, such as vehicle types, spatial-temporal characters, destinations and route choices, parking information and so on, have been analyzed. At the same time, it is realized that the contradiction between temporary spasmodic enormous parking demand and the limited parking lot supply is the bottleneck. So, some countermeasures include parking price, parking demand management and parking information service are presented and some other problems are pointed out. The paper is valuable to organizing and managing the parking in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
