公共交通导向的城市土地开发(TOD)是城市土地利用与交通规划协调发展的理想模式,是对土地利用与城市交通结合的分析方法最好的诠释。本文详细介绍了 TOD 策略的内涵、规划思路和实施原则,建立了 TOD 模式的交通需求预测模型,提出了适合我国城市发展的公共交通导向的城市用地开发模式。
Abstract：TOD is considered as a rational strategy for urban land use and transportation development, which is the best annotation about how to integrate the land use with transport. Connotation of TOD, such as, its planning idea and implement principles, is presented in detail. The transport demand prediction model of TOD is founded, and a suitable land use pattern based on TOD is proposed.
