本文借鉴美国TOD(Transit Oriented Development)交通走廊的成功典范,结合国情对TOD交通走廊开发进行了适应性分析。针对目前城市规划与交通规划体制相脱节的现实,初步构思出一套融合两者的TOD交通走廊的基本规划流程,并根据我国城市特点总结出TOD交通走廊开发的具体模式及相应策略。
Abstract：Based on USA’s successful model of TOD traffic corridor,and closely connecting the situation of our country,this paper made a comprehensive study of the capability of the TOD traffic corridor. Meanwhile,aiming at the situation that the urban planning and the traffic planning are separated artificially,the author designed a basic flow of TOD traffic corridor planning,which combines the urban planning with the traffic planning. Finally,the development model of the TOD traffic corridor and some relative strategies on the base of the characteristics of different cities in our country were researched.
