目前交通违法通知手段落后于交通监控技术的发展,驾驶员因不能及时知道何种行为已违反交通法规,可能重复违法。通过开发交通信息通知系统,各交通警察支队每隔30s从福建省公安专用网获得本地驾驶员在全省范围内的各种交通违法数据,并采用GSM MODEM的短信技术向本地驾驶员发送最新交通违法信息。该系统作为交通违法抓拍系统的功能扩展,使得交通违法信息从被动查阅转为主动通知,为创造和谐的交通环境发挥了重要的作用。
Abstract：The drivers may repeat traffic offenders since they did not know what they had violated the traffic laws in time,because the transport illegal notifying means lagged behind the traffic monitoring technology development.Through developing a traffic information notification system,the traffic police can obtain various traffic offence data of the local drivers from the Fujian provincial public security private network every 30 s,and send the latest local traffic unlawful information to the drivers via the GSM Modem message technology.As an expansion function of the traffic offence capture system,the system can make legal access to the traffic offence information from passive to initiative,and play an important role in creating a harmonious transportation environment.
